  12. SHAREWARE:

  14. Smooth Editor is released as Shareware. After a thirty day trial period, you 
  15. must register Smooth Editor or discontinue using it. If you register Smooth 
  16. Editor you will receive a registration code. With this code you can convert 
  17. Smooth Editor to a registered copy, removing the shareware nag (the swinging 
  18. text when you close SE). Registration is for this and all future versions of 
  19. Smooth Editor. One registered copy of Smooth Editor may be used by a single 
  20. person on one or more computers (this does not apply to site licenses). You 
  21. will also receive a 3.5" disk with the latest version of Smooth editor.

  26. This program is produced by a member of the Association of Shareware 
  27. Professionals (ASP). ASP wants to make sure that the shareware principle works 
  28. for you. If you are unable to resolve a shareware- related problem with an ASP

  30. Ombudsman can help you resolve a dispute or problem with an ASP member, but

  41. release of Smooth Editor. There is no discount for registering more than one

  210. Site license fees are based on the number of computers at the site to be 
  211. licensed. For example, if you would like to use Smooth Editor on any machine 
  212. within a department, division, building or group of buildings, then the fee 
  213. would be based on the total number of PC's within that department, division, 
  214. building or group of buildings. This assumes that the site wholly belongs to 
  215. the person or company requesting the license. Corporatewide licenses are also 
  216. available and are based upon the total number of PC's owned by the corporation 
  217. or government agency.

  219. The prices for Site Licenses are:

  221. 1-10 computers: $100 US
  222. More than 10 computers: $10 US per computer.

  224. For this price you will receive only one copy of the program, with a 
  225. registration code for the whole site.

  227. Site Licenses must be paid by any kind of cheque, made out in $ US to 
  228. Dubbeldam Software and mailed to Dubbeldam Software, address mentioned below.
